SOME COMMON QUESTIONS:
How does the 14-day free trial work?
For the first 14 days after signing up for a Plus, Pro, Classroom or Team account, your subscription is free and you can cancel at any time. After the 14 day trial period we will charge your card to activate the subscription.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Just click on the “My Account” tab at any time where you can upgrade / downgrade or cancel your account at any time.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You simply pay for the period you signed up for. If you cancel the account, you’ll be billed for the current month if on a monthly licence, but you won’t be billed again. If you cancel a yearly account, we’ll keep your account as it is until the next renewal is due, then downgrade you.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal, although you don’t need a PayPal account to be able to pay. We only accept payments online for software subscriptions. If you’d like to talk to us about additional services, we can roll-up the subscription with an invoice for the services you use.
